I found then on Ebay!! WIth shipping it only came to $16.99!!! I thought they were soooo pretty! I love the tossing garter so much I am gonna buy a cheap ivory colored one to throw and keep both of these!! I am going to cut the ribbons down a bit, they are a little long...AHHHHHH GARTER, CHECK!!

I went on Ebay and found these. The seller name is Buylace8391 and the store she has is called Sheer Satin and Lace. Very nice stuff!! She does some specialty garters...fireman, armed forces, police, some sports, fishing and other cute stuff...all VERY nicely priced too
