I broke off my engagement

I want to say this once because Im not very happy, thois has been the roughest few months of my life, weve had alot of stress and insted of handling like two people in love, we are ripping at each other. I broke off my engagement today, Im very sad..but I have so many people FMing me about vendors and such , and i really just dont feel like talking about any of it right now. I feel like cralwing into a hole and hiding for ahwile. Thanks everyone for all of the support that I know you are about to send my way...I will be fine though.

Alicia,

I know what you are going through is hard b/c I had to do this 4 months into my engagment. Maybe you will work things out after a break, my fi and I broke up for 4 months and now things are alot better. I hope everything works out for you!!

Alicia,

Only YOU know what is best for you. You obviously came to this decision after much thought. I know it had to be one of the toughest decisions you have ever made.

As mentioned before, perhaps in time it will work out....everything does happen for a reason.

For the time being, try to be with friends and those that truly support you and love you for you.

Things will get easier.

Feel free to FM me....I was married before and looking back we should have ended things before we had gotten married, but neither of us were strong enough to do that.

I know I am not going to be saying anything that others havent already said to you...however, I am sure it cannot hurt to hear it again....If it wasnt meant to be it is best you find out sooner than later. I am sure you will learn a lot about this and about yourself and your needs and wants in life once you heal a little. I am confident that one day you will meet someone special, whom you will love and will love you and whom will benefit from your learned experiences in this most recent relationship and realize things happen for a reason. I know it is hard to see this now but you will later on so just hang in there girl! :)
