I CAN NOT BELIEVE I FOUND MY DRESS!

I have only been a member of LIW for less than 1 month but when other brides say you will know when you find 'the dress'...they are absolutely correct!

I am not getting married until July 14, 2006 & I wasn't planning on looking for dresses until this upcoming Spring & Summer. However, I have also been in love with the designer 'Eve of Milady' for years and started printing dresses, just for ideas.

My mom & I discovered that Bridal Reflections in Massapequa was having a trunk show for Eve of Milady this past weekend & made an appointment.

Well...I found it! No doubt in my mind & it was the 5th dress I tried on. So I was measured & ordered it. It must be a blessing in disguise b/c with all the detail that goes into creating the dress, it will take 9-12 months before it is even finished.

Thank you to Kristy & the wonderful staff at Bridal Reflections!

I don't even have a picture b/c I wasn't planning on buying anything at all. It was from her 2005 line & the sample will not even be in the store again until April '05.

So even though when I tell people that I am getting married in 2006...it is never to early to do anything, as long as you are positive it is what you want.

I love Bridal Reflections. I am getting my Steven Yearick gown from there. Gloria is the best. I cant wait until i finish paying for it though. :)

I hear ya. I went totally over my budget yesterday. My mom loved it too & thank goodness she is helping me out.
At least I have 599 days to pay it off!

Congratulations to you too!!! I can't believe so many 2006 brides (including myself) found dresses this weekend!
I feel the same way you do. You definately know when you found the right dress. My dress was the first one i tried on and i knew, but still insisted on trying on other ones just to be 100% sure and i kept going back to the first one!!!! I am in love w/ it! haha
I got a couple of ,'are you sure you won't change your mind?' from people I told but most agreed w. me that it is never too early, especially since i knew exactly what i wanted.

Congratulations. We have the same taste.
I've loved Eve of Milady dresses for a long time. I was looking a different bridal shops, but couldn't find 'my' dress.
I finally went to the EOM Trunk show at Bridal Relections in Massapequa and found 'IT'
I love it.. this is the one I ordered.

Congratulations... It's a great feeling

LOVE IT! I wish i had a camera...guess I have to wait 9-12 months! Or when the sample arrives 'officially' in April.
