I can't sleep although my wedding is months away!

I can't sleep although my wedding is months away!

Now that I have booked my loc. and looked at some dresses, I feel a little overwhelmed in a happy way, is it crazy I can't sleep? I wonder how i'm going to handle the week before the big day!

i had that feeling also. What i found that helped is to get a journal & record your feelings. I started mine OCt 2003, i did not write every day, just when something happened (yeah a few days in a row sometimes lol) that i wanted to remember. Now as i read back through it, i see how my wedding unfolded.

girl i haven't been able to sleep well either. i do sleep but my mind is constantly working and i have a lot of nightmares...

i don't know what to do!

ets: i'm up early because i had a nightmare that it was the day of the wedding but it came so fast i didn't realize it was that day, and i didn't have any favors or anything to wear under my dress and everything was a mess

no but since i was up early i cleaned my room, vacummed dusted, the works!! i'm also doing laundry...i feel so productive

Well, i was able to sleep eventually.
I did go out this morning and purchased a daily journal.
