I cannot believe Im even asking this LOLOL

Hi ladies... Im home on a Saturday night, FH is working and here I am thinking of honeymoons!

I have NO CLUE where to go.... wanna hear the best part.... Im a freakin travel agent hahahahaa

No joke! I am a travel agent who has no clue where to go for her own honeymoon! I can plan everyone else's dream vacations and I'm having a hard time planning my own! LOL

I have been to a lot of different places all over the caribbean.... my dream is to go to Hawaii, however FH doesn't really like to fly and it's a LONGGGG flight!

We are getting married in December 2011 before XMAS, but will take our honeymoon trip in January 2012.... It will be less expensive and less crowded wherever we go....

I have never been to a SANDALS property - so I may consider that! I would love Sandals Royal Bahamian but the bahamas will be way too cold in january....

Where the heck should I go???

Any input???

how about Sandals St Lucia!!! My sis went there and has nothing but good things to say about it, and i believe its a couples resort

a cruise then you can go multiple places you just have to come up with the area of the world you want to travel.

Hmm cruise, not sure! me and FH went on one a few years back and he wasnt THAT impressed... however it as a Carnival cruise and i got it really cheap... nothing special!

Maybe I can do a much nicer cruise instead....

As far as Sandals St Lucia, that is the number one on my list for a Sandals property.....

yeaaa st lucia is far south enough that in the winter it will still be beautiful!

if i didnt go to Aruba every year with my mom, it would have been my numbe rone choice!

My sister got married in the Bahamas & I loooooooooooooooved it there.

We stayed at the Riu which was excellent. Next door (walking distance) was Atlantis, which i hear is really expensive. But since it was next door we got to hang out there whenever we wanted.

Blue water, white sand!

*PS we were there Feb 2010 and it was around 70 degrees which was the coldest EVER in like 30 years there. But on her wedding day it was the perfect day around 85 degrees

3 of our friends went to st lucia and had the best time! it looks gorgeous and they said there was so many things to do! what about aruba? I think thats where we are leaning more towards because we're getting married Septemeber 2, thats like hello hurricanes! and Aruba is the only place not in that current. Good luck!

If you are getting married in September, I HIGHLY recommend ARUBA! Im going to Aruba in 3 weeks with my mom... I cant wait - I go every year!
If I havent been there 10 times, I totally would be going there for our honeymoon - I definately wanna go somewhere different!

So far St Lucia is in the lead!!!

I'm of fan of cruises personally. I also LOVE carnival, but find you get the best bang for your buck. Yu have to go on a new ship tho, and leave frm a NY port (the people arejust so much more fun!)

if your looking in the Carribbean then i would suggest St. Lucia. has the mosst things to do and see of any sandals resort and imo, is the most classy and least ghetto - its not ghetto at all actually!
if you do a cruise, go for royal carribbean or, does it have to be the carribbean at all? why not go to Europe? you can get to Spain/Italy in about 6 hours and most cruises leave from there and you can see 'the world'
