I cannot find a reception place....

I want something unique on long island. I would like hard wood floors, maybe garden or waterview. I can't seem to find anything i like in my budget. I am planning to have about 180 people $100-125 per head. any suggesstions would be great.

Chateau La Mer is really, really cheap! I think you'll come in way under what you are budgeting! They have the water around the catering hall and some landscaping too.

Floral Terrace doesn't have a garden or water view but it is very different looking. It is an old theatre. It is 4 stories and only 1 wedding at a time. The ballroom is incredible w/ a raised dance floor
