we did our tax think that we will get back about 7000. because we was supose to claim our son and his niece now we just found out that someone claim his niece so now were f@$@ Because that money was for the flower, limo and our visa. If i was working then that won't be a problem but i got lay off . so i don't know what to do???? I am sooooo Stress. sometime i think i was suppose to get marry.

Our taxes came back $1000 less than we thought.. Jim moved into a different tax bracket.. (sigh)
That and the Chinatown account seems to just NOT want to accept that a Chinese man married a Hispanic woman.. even though we gave him everything.. he left my maiden name. I had to handwrite in my married name in.
Funnier still is apparently we gave $3 back for the presidential campain.. i have no problem with that. But it says HE (jim) gave and ME (his spouse) did not.. but uhmm well JIm can't vote, he's not a citizen. hehe
Hang in there.. I know the feeling. Jim & I had to go shopping last night for food after this great news and now we're back to PB&J. Im still not sure if I'll have a Limo and honestly according to our budget the hall still won't be paid.

Find out and talk to them. If you're supporting her and have the receipts and bills and can prove that she's living with you, maybe you can fight it or claim dual custody or something.
