Our orginial plan was too live in an apt for a little while after we get married but things have changed and we are starting the paper work on a house that we are interested in buying!!! I will be meeting with the mortgage broker tonight!!!! :)

good luck! we were in the same boat - we figured we'd live in the apartment for another year or two but we ended up putting an offer on a house this week - its very exciting! good luck!
