Number one she made me write out all the addresses on the envelopes to my shower. I had to pick out my favors...she keeps giving huge clues about when it is such as 'So and So aren't going to be able to make because they'll be in Italy that week' I told her to stop telling me this kind of information but she keeps talking about my shower like I should be involved. Yesterday was the biggest clue of all 'Your friend Lynn called to tell us she can't come to your shower because she'll be in Florida' OMG I can't believe she just said that...now I pretty much know what week and month its in. I'm really annoyed. I was really looking forward to a surprise...I never had a surprise anything. Am I overreacting?

I know how you feel. My mom did almost the same thing. She told me my aunt (who hardly ever comes to visit) is coming in to NY for a week in August. I asked why and she said she had a wedding to go to here. Gee, I wonder why she is staying a week. When I told FH that it was obvious she was staying for my shower, he got upset. So, I know which week it is gonig to be. I just don't know where yet.
I had a feeling it would be hard to surprise me anyway.

That does stink.. aww.. think of it as she's excited.. but maybe she's misleading you.. hmm. maybe not.. I'm sorry.. I'm sure you'll have a blast though.. I would tell her to SHUT UP.. your ruining the surprise
