My FH church wont marry us at 1:30 the priest said because of batism. I dont understand we are getting married a year from now and they are worry about the batism. They can do it a week before our wedding.ow days is who know .The priest said they can marry us at 3:00pm but that is to late. My father pass away long time ago and I would like to go the cemetary to see him that why I want to get married early SO I have time to take pictures and than go see my father. Does anybody have collection I am getting in Bellmore church St. Bardius(I dont know how spell it) I live in SI and FH lives in Bellmore, LI

Sorry to hear....seems lotsa issues w/ churches lately (no comment ) we're having our own issues.
I would think being that its so far in advance that that is the usual time the church conducts baptisms, maybe once a month or so (just guessing), how else could they know a year in advance!?
Why don't you go to the Rockville Centre diocese site, its lists all the churches.
