VW lost my keys!!!! I brought it in there yesterday and now today when I went to pick it up they can't find my keys!!!! This is the second time htis has happened!!!! I am so pissed off right now!!

i hate dealerships. Nissan cut my rotors with out even telling me and my brakes are screeching. Went to a regular mechanic and he told me what they did. Now i have to pay for new rotors and breaks but the guy told me wait till I get my next inspection.
I only went in there to do things that either called in for because nissan f-ed up on something so a recal or because something broke under warranty.
SO PISSED OFF!!!! I never go to the dealership anymore.

Well I have to go back after work with my extra key to get my car. And they are going to order me a new key and club. Cause my club keys were on with the car keys. The same exact thing happened last time. And then I have to go back a few days later when they get the new key in so they can program it. It *****!!!

Yeah they called me yesterday after i droppe dit off with a list of other things that needed to be done. it totaled like $1500 or more. I said no. I just want what i brought it in for fixed!!! There so stupid there. I am never bringing it there again!!!

Nissan recalled two parts on my car. When I go to get it fixed surpirse! I need a whole new computer because the check engine light is on. Cha-ching $800 later the light went back on. Dealerships suck the money right out of you pocket.

Yeah I know. FH went to bring his car in for them to fix the thermastat and they told him it wasn't the thermostat and it was the sensor so he had that changed.....2 blocks from the dealer the light goes back on and it's overheating light goes on. Then they claimit's the water pump. So he brought it to another guy and he said that has a cracked head!!! Just wonderful. It's gonna be $3500 that he don't have. So now he is waiting for the warranty people to let him know if thats covered. Orelse hes just gonna change it himself which will take so much time to do.
But they try to get you for everything. Geeze if your air freshner is out becareful they might charege you for a new one.

Dealerships are terrible! I have a brand new 2006 Chevy HHR, and it has been back and forth from the dealer like 6 times already. All electrical problems. My back hatch was popping open when I was driving! I brought it in, and they told me that they couldn't find a problem! I can't make these things up! Somethings wrong! A few days later it was back there again because I had melted my entire wiring harness!!!! Told you something was wrong! it has been back ther quite a few times after that, every time they say its something different, but its all electrical. I love the car, but come on already, lemon it and get me a new one! The dealership keeps dancing around everything, and everytime its there, they try to get me to rotate my tires, or get an oil change, or whatever they call my 21000 mile check up? I'm into cars, and have no idea what that means. They just drive me CRAZY!!!!! But at least I feel better that every one has trouble

lolk the guy just called me and told me they found the keys. They were in someone elses car!!! Hmm I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I called VW service care and complained!!! How do you leave someones keys in another car. So stupid!!!

I remember you telling us last week. Thats horrible. Maybe you should go to another VW dealer. I would never go back to them. How unprofessional that is.
