I Can't Believe This

My sister and I went to Fantasia Bridal for her fitting today and the dress still had the pins in it!! So my sister said to the girl there are pins in the dress and in the cups. She was like no no..they leave some pins in to show where the bustle goes. So I said I don't think that's the case, the hem hasn't even been done. So she takes the dress to the back comes out and turns out the alterations were NOT done, the dress was put in the wrong place so no one even touched it!!! Her wedding is in TWO weeks!! They were apologetic and said it would be done on Wednesday, but talk about unprofessional! She is soooo upset and I don't blame her one bit

OMG thats horrible!! At least you caugh that before it was too late.. I agree, very unprofessional... Sorry you ladies had to go throught that... If I were you, I'd be a pest and call every day until its done Good Luck!
