I can't controll myself

I need to lose some lbs! Monday is my 4month countdown, and i can't stop eating someone please help!!

Carry a pic of your wedding dress with you..or a girl in a bikini that you would like to fit into..every time you go to eat something you should..take the pics out and look at them!!!

hey date twin!!!

i'm going to give you some tough love here!

if youre serious about losing weight before the wedding you HAVE to start getting active. walk or jog or bike ride. do squats and pushups in your living room. cut out all added sugar from your diet.

its so hard but it will be worth it.

ETA: this is what i've been doing since january and its been paying off. i really want to kick it into high gear for the next 4 months

God, I cant either... my dress fit 2 weeks ago, I tried it on 2 days ago and it was tight.
I have 9 days to go- I am on a major diet for the next 9 days!!!
i am doing special K. I hope I fit into my dress next Sun... or else idk what I am gonna do!

Yesetrday was my 3 month mark & I can't control myself either!! Every week I say this is next week I start bridal bootcamp!! That has become the big joke at work now!!! LOL

I started working out vigorously. Force yourself. I also started drinking whey protein shakes. I drink one for breakfast and one after my workouts and I swear Im not as hungry after I drink them.

Lots of water!! portion control is huge!!! try to cut back on anything like ordering out..bring your lunch to work...Walk, jog, whatever it takes. You can do it girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
