This is so insane. me and dh can't find a house, no matter what we do. we wnt to an open house today and bid only $5,000 less then the sales price and still didn't get it. we habe been looking for a year now. what do i have to do???????

maybe you should try looking with an agent. I would even go out wuth an agent and look at the house you saw at the open house. Maybr they could negotiate for you. Sometimes if you bid to high they feel that they didn't ask enough. I know it's a pain in the but we had quite a few let downs but as they say there is a perfect house out their for you. you may find something you like better. Good luck
