my body right now.. :(

I took zumba Class last night and havent worked out in 10 months.. Not the smartest thing to ease into a workout, lol. I did looove the class though

i finally went back after like 3-4 months of slacking off and i tried not to over do it bc i didn't wanna hurt myself
