I was singing Copa Cabana today! Had to stop myself when I realized I was singing out loud as I was walking on campus!

At the Copa.....Copacabana..................

Last year, Barry came to the Coliseum. I told FH lets get my dad and stepmother tickets for their brithdays, and we will just go with them to be nice. I grew up listening to Barry with my dad, and I thought it would be a nice bonding experienece.

I assured my FH I didn't like Barry, it was really for my dad that I wanted to go.

Well, let me tell you.... They announced Barry, he came on the stage, and everything in me went nuts... I started screaming - Oh my God - it's Barry - it's Barry - someething dormant in me just woke up!!! LOL

My FH was appalled. I sang loudly to every song. When 'ready to take a chance' was sung, tears streamed down my face. Copa played, I danced in the aisle...

My FH said if he knew this about me ahead of time, he would have never pursued this relationship...

I discovered that night that I am a DIEHARD Barry fan...

Barry is the MAN!!! We saw him in Vegas earlier this year. I've seen him more times on concert than I care to admit!

Great! Now I have Ready to Take A Chance Again going through my head. Thanks a lot!
