... I tried on a dress after I've already bought my wedding dress...
I went into Fantasia Bridal with my mom today to look at veils and they had the Maggie Sottero Isadora Ann , I fell in LOVE with this dress, BUT its short and I don't plan on changing into a new dress for the reception although I had considered a cheaper fun dress for the after party.
Well of course, this dress looked gorgeous and my mom got SOOO excited and is like you need this. Its $850 there and I totally don't need a 2nd dress but it really did look beautiful... ughh

I did it too!! The week after I bought my dress I went to Fantasia to try on the disney bridal dresses. I had to keep telling myself I couldn't love any of them..

I had no intention of trying on another gown but this one is more of like a 'party dress' but I don't need it... except all my mom kept saying is OMG you need this! I'm like ohhh you're not helping!

i think a 2011 bride used this dress. Can't remember who but maybe she would sell/rent it.

Its very pretty.
I dont think you committed a sin...your considering it for an after party not for the actual wedding. So your fine!!

Its an adorable dress, but are you going to want to change at your wedding? I think I love my dress too much to change at the wedding. Someone is going to have to force me out of it or I may just sleep in it and keep on wearing it the next day!

See thats the problem, I saw this dress and LOVED it... but its short so I wouldn't want it to replace my gown... if I loved another dress like this but it was long... I probably would have made the switch.
Blah, maybe next week when I'm on LI again I need to pop into Macy's to see my dress and calm me down

LOL It is a very nice dress, so maybe that wouldn't be a bad idea to stop by and visit yours in Macy's. I do the same thing with my RH; I keep asking myself 'what if we looked at Woodbury CC' but then look at CHCC pictures and ease myself down.

AH yes true, it can move into any realm.. I am def worried I'm going to question every decision i make, luckily enough right now i haven't made too many

The dress is gorgeous!!!! There is nothing wrong with trying on more dresses after you find the one. I think you should go visit your dress.

I KNOW!!!!! I tried on Isadora (pictured below) but it was just really awful and unflattering (it made a weird poof at the crotch, lol), but I was never able to try on the Isadora Marie! I love the details on it. It will always be one of those dresses that I wonder 'what if'!!!!!

Actually, Fantasia Bridal in RP where I tried on the Isadora Ann ALSO had the Isadora Marie... my mom asked if i wanted to try it on, but I think the appeal of the IA was that it was short and fun.
BUT if you haven't found a dress yet and still want to try on the Isadora Marie call them!
