I could HURT fh and our florist right now!!!! Updated 5/19
I sent FH to our florist on Monday to pay them off and to drop off our votives and led lights for the vases. Genius that he is didnt ask for a receipt. He said he saw her put it into the computer and write it on our folder that we paid in full.
Why do I now get a voicemail from the florist saying we never paid them?
I knewwwww I should have sent FH back for a receipt. Throughout this whole wedding process I made sure to get a receipt for every little thing. The lady I spoke to said she was going to look into it and call the woman FH worked with on Monday. But this is ridiculous! Last thing I need is for this woman to not remember FH and say we didnt pay.
I forgot to ask but I really hope they still have our votives and led lights, I will go crazy if they say that its not there either.
Update: I made FH go back to the florist today to take care of it in person and get a receipt. He calls me and he sounds maaad saying they called him a liar and that he never paid and it wasng in the system and that we have to pay or we have no flowers. Im in the middle of Michaels buying stuff to finish my last DIYs and I freaked out. I started to tear and my heart just stopped. Turns out....
He was joking around!! He got the receipt and the lady we've been working with apologized and said whoever called us on Saturday should have looked in the files better cuz it was marked down everywhere that we paid. Glad that was taken care of!
it probably never crossed your mind that he wouldn't ask for a receipt so you didn't think to remind him.
I have the same issues with FH and it makes me so mad!
what is it? A special kind of brain damage?

this is why MEN are USELESS!!!
I'm sure it will work out...no way would they allow him to drop everything off and not pay. So when they count the register at the end of the day and see they are x amount over....there is their answer.

Awww Jenn, my FH would do the same thing, joke around and get me mad and then say 'I was kidding ...' I don't know why they think this kind of stuff is funny, I really don't.
Glad it is all taken care of though.

he does it to me allllllllll the time and literally like everyday. he gets a kick out of getting me mad. i usually dont fall for it anymore but i figured he wouldnt joke around about that.
