I could never surprise FH

everytime i try to surprise him, he ruins it lol.

Last year he and his friends had a trip to vegas they had talked about for a while then when it was time to book it Fh said he couldn't go because it was before our e-party so we had that expense plus we had just booked our hall and had to give money there, and he was so sad about it...I felt bad and i contacted his friends and said that for x-mas im gonna give him the trip as a gift, and to book the room for him too and ill get the plane ticket and give them the money for the room. Ok well a few days before x-mas Fh thinks he figures out a way to go so of course im like NOOOOOO you can't go and to just get over it...he got mad at how i said it and thought i was trying to tell him what to do so we got into a fight and then i finally blurt out, ok a**hole wanna know what a b*tch i am, i booked the trip for you thats why i said you cant go...so never got to really surprise him with it.

Then even for other gifts and his birthday i bought clothes and then i see him online about to buy the same thing and i have to say not to buy it and he gets the point now. Or at the store he'll try to buy what i already got him and i just make a face now like AHHHH you're the worst.

Then this week i decided i would get him a massage at a spa bc hes been working for 13 days straight(including weekends) but bc of his schedule right now i was like oh what weekend are you free, trying to figure it out...He kept asking why i said dont worry about it, he looks at me and says 'its for a massage isn't it' hes like well ive been physically exhausted from all the working so its easy to figure out. But he does this with everything, he realizes what i want to do

Sorry for my long pointless thread, its just so annoying, i want to surprise him for ONCE.

That sux. You will get him one day. I am glad my FH is clueless to things like that..haha There will be that time though where you will be able to surprise him.

i hope so lol...maybe its me, maybe the things i do are too predictable lol and he has to overthink everything lol...But thank you, im trying to think of something for the wedding and ill really kill him if he ruins that hahaha but i wont even say i have a surprise

i mean i guess its a good thing, dont get me wrong lol but when you sit there and plan this whole thing out and cant wait to surprise them and it never works out that way it gets frustrating after a while, theres no handing it over to him and him trying to figure out 'oh whats this' and seeing the surprised look on his face

I think i am gonna kill him he does it with EVERYTHING though not just surprises...like ill go to him OH BABE with a big smile so he knows i want something lol, and he'll be like let me guess you wanna go out dancing saturday. I think i just may be too predictable im gonna start throwing him off from now on lol

thank you im trying to think of something good for the wedding, hmmm i might make a thread about this, i want to see if other girls are doing anything like this for the wedding...I saw an 07 bride do something real cool and since then it gave me the idea to do something similar

OMG I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I get him Ranger tickets I have to make sure he is free on a certain day so that is his automatic clue that I am getting him tickets. Or if I ask ONE question about a particular phone or something he automatically KNOWS that i am going to get it for him.

Next weekend is his birthday so I keep asking him what he wants and finally last night he goes 'I know that you already got my gift and I know it is something good and you are trying to throw me off so just stop asking me'

THEN, for the wedding I was going to get him a Rangers groom's cake but he happened to see a groom's cake on a review that I was showing him and he was like 'omg that is the stupidest thing i have ever seen' so now i can't do THAT.

THEN i was going to surprise him with my table numbers with Brutus on them BUT he mentioned something about not being the 'crazy dog couple' at the wedding SO i had to show them to him to make sure that he liked them, which he did

i could go on and on - i am surprised i havent showed him my dress yet

i'm so sorry!!! That is the way people feel about me....i have been surprised exactly ONE time in my life!!! My parents threw me a surprise 25th birthday party! That was a shock. Other than that - NEVER EVER. I knew when he got my ring(because he's so not a good liar) - i know when my shower is..... I LOVE surprises - but i don't love attention - so i try to always know what's going on!!!
