I could use your assistance

My girls will be in an apple color. Its more of a maroon. FH will have the vests of the tuxes to match the girls. If the color isn't an exact match, would it clash. We want to have him stand it since he's the groom , what color vest should he be in.

do you have a pic of the dress? I'm having trouble picturing it - all I can see is apple being green and maroon being a redish color (am I right?)
I can only think a cream or ivory color without seeing the correct color

Honestly, yes. Red is VERY difficult to match. A friend of mine had us in red and the guys got 'red' vests - they were completely different colors and IMO didn't match. I'd personally go all black or a dark grey for the guys.

I would put FH in an ivory or white vest and have the GM wear a black vest or a vest the same color as the girls.

after hours is supposed to match up to davids colors- they should match up fine

i am doing a deep red too
we put FH in a light silver vest
groomsmen and BM in dark grey vest
fathers in black vest

i wore a red lik ethat to my prom and PJ got a gold vest...sounds tacky but it really complemented the red nicely

My friend had maroon in her wedding and the guys were in silver - maybe he can were silver, it looked very nice together...

i agree... if you can't match them absolutely perfectly (which is SO hard with red, unfortunately), then it might look funny.

i say go with another (complementary) color

My bridal party was in the same color. I wore Ivory so Dh was in an ivory vest with matching tie. The rest work black vest and tie.

My girls wore wine and it took some trying but I found vests to match. We ended up with a pattern but it barely showed up and the vest matched perfectly.
