so I hired a personal trainer. I've been actively going to the gym for over a year. I definately saw results but there's 4 months left for the big day. My wedding dress is made out of silk charmeuse and very form fitting. My FH and I are paying for the wedding ourselves, so this is really a struggle on my finances. But its worth it right??? Is it a crime to want to look stunning?!?!

I have to get back in the habit of going to the gym, I was doing so well and then busted my knee (totally unrelated accident) and have been going intermitently.

Good for you!!! It is SO worth it! Working with a personal trainer was the best thing I ever did...once you learn what to do when you work out, you won't really need a trainer and can take care of it yourself the rest of the way...it was amazing how easily the weight and inches came off.

I totally think it's worth it!!! I don't have a personal trainer but I'm thinking about getting one a few months before the big day. It might be expensive but you'll see results.

I agree with the other ladies. Someone else posted a thread like this recently and I know if I could afford one, I would totally get one. They are really great about knowing which exercises target your problem areas and really get you in great shape!

I think it's a fantastic idea. They will show you what works for you and then you'll be able to take it from there.
Remember to keep us posted on your progress and that they say that 70% is nutrition and the other 30% is exercise, but I'm sure your trainer will tell you that.

I agree its worth it! I pay 65 bucks a session! But I couldn't do without it...I am toning up and I love it!

I literally just this mornig hired a personal trainer again I don't see the same results just going on my own, so as expensive as it is, I too want to look stunning on my big day. Just try to pinch somewhere else, like eating out or buying lunch. I'm doing that and it helps me eat better!
