You don't seem so sure about it........but you probably need a little bit of an adjustment period, after having it the same way for all this time. You will probably love it for the summer!

I really need to do something with mine....but I am trying to let it grow for the wedding and am afraid to do anything more than a trim!

Re: I cut my hair

It is just a little weird... the shortest pieces go only 1/2way down my neck. I like it but I have to get used to it.

wow- I'm surprised- X started that therad the other day about hair & Julz I thought you said you were waiting till after your weding for layers.
Go you though. I have layers, and may actullay try & gro them a little b/c my hair is thin & when I pull just the top back, ther eisn't mush there & I want it to be in a bun for my wedding 'do.

Other than that though, I like the layers.

Yes I did say that... But my hair is ver thick so it won't be a problem for the wedding up-do. I didn't plan it..I was driving by the salon and I just said 'I need a change' and went in a nd got it done

I'm sure your hair looks very pretty, Julie .. you have great hair to begin with.

It does take a little getting used to when you cut layers into your hair, so give it some time.

And yes, pics please!

Wow.. Way to go.

I used to have all on length hair then went to layers. It does take some getting used to.

Strangest part was how my hair looked in a pony tail. It does help make my hair look less massive though and that's a plus for me.

You'll get used to it. Congrats!!!

I think layers can be 'done' up much more than my one length hair used to.

Re: I cut my hair

wow - i have the same situation...really thick all one-length long hair.
and i decided yesterday in the humidity that it's time to make a hair appointment and get some layers into it to make it less massive......
great minds think alike!!!

Re: I cut my hair

Everyone is saying it looks a lot less bulky on the ends. Try it palebride!
