I did it I did it!

I went back to the gym today!!!

I got so disgusted with myself that I just up and went. I did 40 mintues of cardio and arm weights!!!

YAY.... goodbye flab and pesky 10 pounds!

I have been wanting to work out my arms but I can't even get motivated. I just have my free weights laying on my floor.

I was going religiously before xmas and then it was the holidays and then we got the puppy so I finally went back AND got to use my cool new mp3 player from xmas!!!

I just wish I had a gym buddy

Thats great! Once you get back into it the gym is not so bad anymore.

Well I thought I should do something when I kept trying on clothes I bought that were HUGE on me. It dawned on me that I FEEL huge so I was overestimating on sizes

I really dont have alot of lose but Im flabby and I need to not be jiggly for the wedding lol
