I do not know what I am suppossed to do next...

I do not know what I am suppossed to do next...

So, I have done a lot, but with 3 1/2 months left, I know there are items to be checked off the list...Can you ask me If I have done something and I will respond....this will help me remember the things I need to do.

Would appreciate it

You could start thinking about the little things that you might need to order (depending on if you're doing them). I got married last July and I had a couple of problems with vendors being out of stock on picture frames I wanted for my table numbers and on my wine stopper favors. Things you could start thikning about ordering:

-non-perishable favors and any wrappings/ribbon you might use

-Out of Town guest boxes (just the boxes, not the items unless you have non-perishables that will hold for a few months) and any labels that you might be using for them

-directional cards for your invites (you'll want to have these ready to put in your invites when they arrive and if you're doing special directional cards they can take awhile to get)

-placecard holders

-unity candle or other special ceremony item

-bulk order of stamps for invites and RSVPs (I can't imagine they'll raise the rate again!)

-table numbers/names and any holders (like picture frames, etc.) that you're going to display them in

-programs (at least start shopping around to see what you like - I ordered mine from White Aisle and it ended up having to be a rush job because they were actually closed for several weeks during the time that I needed to order them)

-shoe and jewelry shopping for you

-BMs and GMs gift shopping

- select and order FH's tux and tuxes for GM. Some places require that the GM get their tux orders in up to 6 weeks before the wedding and, trust me, you will need to stalk them to get them all to go and get measured.

-rental linens (if any)

-cake selection/tasting

-select readings for wedding

-order guest book (I had a hard time with this - the one I wanted was being discontinued)

-make sure you have all travel documents necessary for honeymoon (make sure that your reservations are in your maiden name so that your passport info matches up)

That's all I can think of for now but you have a good amount of time. I was doing a lot of these things up to three weeks before my wedding

WOW...that is a great list. I am definetely going to use it. I may need to delete some of those emergency items though....I think I would go broke buying all of those items! hahaha

Rehersal dinner
My shoes
HM clothes (Never to early)
Book hair and Makeup person
veil (I never ordered one)
Finish up registry
write out a list of girls you want invited at shower and give it to either BP or parents.
Book hotel rooms

we are sending out our invites soon (within the next week) due to so many OOTs...something to consider. our wedding is a week after yours.

have you finalized your menu?? considering you're a july bride, many places are willing to do it way early since a month before is june...not a great time for sitting around while a bride mulls over salmon or beef tips.
