I do not know what to do with some hoodlums in my neighborhood!!!!!!!

I live in a nice neighborhood in Nassau county. I do not know if it is these kids have nothing do to becuase it is August or whaT. But I have had 2 bicycles that were obviuosly stolen dumped and locked on my fence around my yard , and then last night Dh and I came home to find a large chunk of cement on our sidewalk grass, it was so big, Dh was cursing as he picked it up and threw it in my neighbors dumpster. We do not know what to do... The police were notified about the bicycles.... I need advice on this one..........

How old are they? Do you know their parents?

I have a few that hang out on the corner of where I live..but they are young punk kids bored with the summer.

But if you are talking property damage and all, that's different.

I do not even know who these kids are, it always seems to happen when we are sleeping or when we are not home.
