My FH doesnt have any infant pictures and barely any baby/little kid pictures, SAD i know, but he was born in a different country and his mom said they just didnt take a million pictures,
ANYWAY, i am gathering photos for our video- yes far in advance, I know! He doesnt have many SO his mother suggested I use pictures of his baby/younger brother- His younger brother is almost 9.
I DO NOT like the idea and I am pretty sure that when I look at pics, she says it is my FH but it is really his brother...
What should I do?? I do not want his brothers pics on my wedding video- am i being silly?

You are not being silly at ALL. I would just work with what you have and make the best but IMO don't use his brothers pictures...they're not him.

but how do i know they are telling me the truth- he has two brothers and they all look alike- so i think she is lying to me

NO NO NO......because YOU will know the truth.....use what you have...you dont need too many...just only put one a few.....dont use a different person..MPO
ETA: how close in age are they......cause you can tell inpics with time frame

you could take some of the pictures from FMIL, and later ask FH if it's him... and only use the ones of him.

IMO, I would definitely not use his brother's pictures. maybe you can do the photo montage of your relationship instead. from when you first met up until present day just an idea

hmmm. Are there any pics that your FH is ABSOLUTELY certain are his?
If so, just keep your montage short. Include just a handful of growing up shots of you and your FH.
then, use more pics of the 2 of you together, as adults.
In all honestly, the photo montage is the most boring part of a wedding video. We usually skip past it on our video. The best part about it is the song we chose!
So, although this seems horrible now, you will still have a wonderful video!!!

Thats a good idea use more of US pictures
He has one brother who is a year and half younger- so those are hard to tell
his little brother is much younger BUT look exactly alike as babies
