i only started house-hunting, and it's already making me crazy!!!!!!!

I was soooo stressed out and hated every minute of it. Words of wisdom that I have: If you see a house that you love and that you think is priced right, don't hesitate or try to low-ball b/c you may end up losing it.

I know what you mean - we have been seriously looking since NOVEMBER and still no house. It totally s*cks!

my only advice is be patient and dont settle. FH and I looked at a LOT of houses before finding ours.
and its all totally worth it in the end!

Just take it one house at a time.
Before visiting homes, make a list of what is REQUIRED in your new home, and don't settle if it doesn't have it.
