I don't know if you all remember my complaints about my hall but..

I take them back. It was the woman at the front desk, not the hall. I called again to speak to the manager, but a nice man answered, and acted like there were no problems. Telling me that he could help us in anyway etc. The other woman, was so rude, she wasn't helpful, she rushed me through the conversations, and I CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME darn it.. but anyway. and the general manager is very sweet too. So I highly recommend the hall and the inn they have there. They ARE willing to work with you. As long as you don't speak to a certain woman, and you'll know the second you speak with her..


PET PEAVE: I HATE RUDE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do it every day and although I may get annoyed, I would never let the client know.. uggh.. sorry..

I so hear you! It is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves. I work in customer service as well, and although it does take some control sometimes, I try to be patient and give everyone the information they need in a pleaseant and helpful manner. It is a gift, and some people just DON'T have it! Surprisingly, many of those people work in the wedding industry. UGH!

Raphael (although the place can sell itself) was ultimately 'sold' on me because of the level of professionalism exhibited by the coordinator, as well as her incredible warmth and passion for her job!

I went to RK Bridal to look at dresses last night and the salespeople were hurried, rude and unhelpful. Sure, I would save a little money if I bought my dress from there, but it is SO not worth it to me! I would rather pay more (and I'm definetly not rich )

yes, and I have been. The only other woman I have to deal with is if we do a rehearsal dinner, and he told me to tell her that he SAID to call ASAP.

Because when I called the first time, she had told me that we have way too much time until the wedding, and to call 2 months before. the manager told me to call soon, as things book up. He's smart, he made me feel like I was still important although I HAVE THE HUGE TIME OF 8 MONTHS BEFORE MY WEDDING lol.. But he is nice, and I'm only dealing with him
