So my wedding is in less than 10 months and I have been dragging my ass regarding florists. 10 months to go, and I have no flowers!!!
I am also having a horrible time finding a rabbi to marry us. FH's mother had to resort to going through the phone book because all the other rabbis she knows are all booked for my day!
Can someone please tell me exactly what it is I am waiting for?

Don't worry about the florist. I got married in the beginning of July and booked my florist at the end of January. You should have a florist booked about 5-6 months before, according to wedding books, but when I called about 4 months before, many florists were still available.

My cousin had a female rabbi from NYC come to NJ to co-officiate her wedding. Rabbi Marsha something. She was great. Reminded me of Barbra Streisand.
