My Future father in law found us a potential house.

It needs a little work, but its a great price for an even greater area.

This whole process is exciting yet terrifying at the same time

Its in West Islip.

apparently it needs to be completely re-done. but according to my father in law is a good deal for the neighborhood its in and the size of the house.

the inside is just stuck in the 70's. I'm nervous about the thought of buying it. am i crazy?? lol
