I dont like JCPenny's sales people at all

Yesterday I had the ultimate worst experience at 2 different locations.

I wound up going to Macy's and the people there were incrediable nice and helpful. The people in JCPenny's seemed like they had better things to do then to help a customer. One person even argued with me about what I wanted and accused me of lying about the product and size.

I should have just went to Macy's from the start.

You were lucky to find a salesperson - no matter what retail store I am in (JC Penny's, Macys etc.) I can never find a salesperson.

I have the worst luck at JCP too!!

I only go there for kids clothes and linens and 9 times out of 10 I have a problem.

One time I had the nerve to insist on being charged the sale price of some tablecloths & napkins after 15 minutes of running around and making phone calls the sales person had the nerve to say 'See how nice I am that I am going to this trouble to get this right?' DH thought I was going to strangle her

I hate JCPenny's too. I ordered a headboard there a while back and had it shipped to the store because I wasn't going to pay the $200 delivery charge. They call me on a Monday to tell me its in. I tell them I'll pick it up on Saturday and they say fine. I go on Saturday and its gone. The customer service rep said they only hold things for 3 days and they shipped it back to the warehouse.

Needless to say I got my moneyback and went elsewhere.

was this the Queens Center Mall? I refuse to go there unless necessary - it's disgusting and JCP sux! I prefer Macys any day over JCP!

I HATE JC Penney's!!! Especially the one in LAke Success!! NOBODY knows what they are doing in there. I was searching for a low back bra & went to there lingere section. When I went to search for a sales lady to ask her for help. I was told 'Nobody works in that section. SORRY!!' I couldn't believe my ears!!!!

chippa.... sorry that happened... mike likes shopping at jcpennys but he never needs help from them... i told him what you said and he said ' thats the time to bring it to their attention that they are just jcpennys sales people(which is kinda the low end of the bar)
