My BM dresses came in and I don't like them at all. The fabric feels cheap. I guess most BM dresses are made of that synthetic cheap fabric??
Oh well. I guess it's too late now.

i feel the same way. mine are not at all what i expected, color or cut. the best part is that i get to hear all the girls complain about them. yay.

When my dresses came in, the color was not at all what I was expecting... I hated the gowns! I was so upset, but then realized that there was not much I could do about it-and I sucked it up and pretended it was fine...I am SURE that my girls didn't love the gowns, but they never once complained ! thank goodness! Turns out that the day of the wedding everyone LOVED the gowns-people said they were so summery and loved how the box pleats matched mine and the fgs... in the pictures , they were beautiful! Sooo,the point of this long winded response is to tell you not to stress it! The day of the wedding, it will be beautiful no matter what!

I'm curious - did you see the dresses in person in the store before ordering? Shouldn't they be the same as the sample?

After the dress comming in, I'm not crazy about it either for three reasons.
1. It has a train and sash that are super long which we didn't realize bc on the sample it was cut. It is a nightmare to alter. 2. MOH got the opposite of the BM's meaning her dress is the color of the sash shown here and her sash is the color of the gown. It's not a nice color for an entire dress. 3. I know this sounds stupid but I feel like I lacked any originality in our choice bc it was voted the most popular gown of 06 in one of the bride mags and soooo many people have it. (I know I am being petty)
