Hey, a little nice landscaping and an entire re-gutting, this house will look GORGEOUS--No Joke! Homes like these have massive potential.....if the area is somewhat decent its worth it.

I live in RVC, and I know Lakeview. That's a sketchy area. Location is more than quality of house, understood. But 9 out of 10 times, I'd buy that house.
