The inside of the house is ready to move in, they only need to hook up the a/c unit on the outside, but who needs a/c now.
They need to finsh grading the land, and put the drive way in. Then we will ge tthe final survey, and the town can come for the co.
I can not take it anymore, I think I am going to flip. I want to move in already, I am not a patient person, and I have been waiting for so long!! We moved into my parents house 20 months ago, and we thought it was for 6 months. Thay have only been building since Nov 1, but I just can't take it.
I know that I should be pateint, but I can not take the ait any longer, it is so hard to go to my house, and see it ready, but not to be able to move in.

I know, I have been there done that...but it is all worth it in the end!!! We are living in ours but inside it is not fully done either...the kitchen and family room and dinning room except for curtains and wall art. My kitchen was just finished as I posted the pixs... but upstairs still has lots of work to do. I know what the waiting is like!!!!

we need a final survey, in order to get the final survey, we need to have the block put into place for the drive way.
We also need the cement puored for the a/c unit so they can install that outside.
Then once we have the final survey, the bulder can contact the town to have them come. Hopefully they don't take too long, or I might have to go kill the inspector at the town!!

Hmmmm you need the driveway and the cement block before you can get the CO? Those I don't think are code? We moved in no driveway just dirt and our block wasn't done yet for our oil tank.

We have been pretty lucky, except for the guy that showed up 45 minutes early, and then left after 2 minutes!! The contractor left to go pee, and missed him, but was sitting there all day!!!

you are very lucky...our inspection was for our heating conversion and they guy was a jerk!!

We are hopeing April 1st, but they never give me definites, since it firgin snowwed last week, they can never be sure with this weather.
But my contractor is confident, (whatever that means) that we can move in April 1st.
