My sister (MOH) was supposed to go for her fitting today. I was called on July 27th and told that the bridesmaids dresses were in. She got a phone call today that her dress isn't in....3 weeks before the wedding. It hasn't even shipped yet. Of course there are no managers at Paradise Bridal now, but someone is getting a damn earful tomorrow!

That is totally not acceptable...demand to speak to a manager! I had an awful experience with them back in 2006 when my brother and sister-in-law got married and I beasted them out!

I asked to speak to a manager and of course they are all gone for the night. Really this is just the icing on top of the cake with them. I have kept my mouth pretty much shut with all the crap they pulled. Someone is supposed to call me tomorrow, and if I don't get some sort of compensation for the crap they put me through you can BET I will be telling everyone I know and that will listen not to go there. We know the owners of Bridal Reflections, I knew I should have went with them however they didn't carry the dress I wanted. I am now kicking myself for not using them.

I'm so sorry that this is happening to you! I would be furious as well.
I know it's too late now, but I'm sure the other store could have ordered the dress even if they didn't have it in store...my store didn't actually have my dress, but they were able to order it.
