i dont want to jinx anything
but i woke up this morning and i flexed infront of the mirror (stomach) and i fkn have ABSS!!!!!!
im aiming for at least 10% body fat so they show a lot. woooooot!!!
going to the beach in a few for another long bike ride.. hopefully i get a tan!!
if only my arms were super toned, id be chillin.
move over Hamburgler.. my new nickname is going to be HardBody!
