I don't want to wear a tiara. Suggestions for Hair Pieces and clips

I am wearing my hair mostly down, with really only my sides up. I do not want to wear a big head peice, rather something in my hair that when I take the veil off I still have a bride look. I have looked for places and cannot seem to find anything I am looking for.

Any suggestions are really appreciated. Also if you have pictures of what you did that would be great too.

I'm not a tiara girl either. I found these hairpins on eBay, sold by a seller named 'carryon2000'. She has a bunch of other wedding related jewelry and hair pieces. You may get an idea from browsing her store. I'm doing an up-do and these pins will be placed 'here and there' throughout my hair.

i got stuff at barrons in tri-county. they're little boby-pin like clips in the shape of a flower - middle is a pearl, surrounded by stones. each one is small - I've got five.

good deal, too...$5/each!

I wore a fresh gardenia in my hair and loved the way it looked.

i went to manhattan..around 6th avenue and 39-41 street are accessory stores..they have lots of stuff...i got flower pins with crystal petals and a pearl center..they were $6 each!!!

Here are a few pictures of what I have saved. I bought some small hair pins at Floral Fantasyland in Patchogue but I have seen them in so many other places like the malls and Barron's.

I did not want to wear one either, so at the trial, I did all different hairstyles with different pins.....then on the day of my wedding, my hair stylist did a different style which called for a tiara....anyway - here is a link to my trial with the pins

I bought 2 hair combs/pin from thomas knoell, very elegant and I love them! Did you check him out??

i think im wearing these.. better order them then, right.. haha.. you get 6 of them!!

i like the melissa and adrienne pins.. can decide..
