i feel a little better now.....

***UPDATE****
I called and rescheduled my appt - it was a misunderstanding on their part - lets hope this works out - i mean, accidents happen and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt!

So i had an appt made with my florist to see my sample this week!
well i wrote her to reconfirm the appt -
she just writes me back saying that NO appt was made and who did i make it with!

UMMM i have old emails from her confirming our appt andddd SHE made the appt with me!

needless to say im really annoyed!

yea it does! i mean i specifically have confirmation emails from her sayin 'SEE YA DEC 9th' and shes like 'oh i def will not be in, i have a private event to do ETC....'

yes - i emailed her what she emailed me.... and i just wrote her again - i was honest and said im annoyed because i have it in WRITING!

Yikes. That would be a red flag for me that the person is unorganized and may not remember the details of my wedding.

YUP - i am booked with them! I left a small deposit last month! Ya know, I don't even know what to do at this point!

Seriously - it's like, what if they are just unreliable now!!!

i would voice that to her.
If it was a small deposit then I would consider walking away.

write her back and let her know your concerns.
you can walk away if you need. peace of mind is sometimes worth more then money.

I walked away from a vendor after leaving a $500 deposit cause some concerns were not settled after speaking to them.

Let her know you are upset and you aren't feeling confidant in your working relationship with her.

see how she reacts, and if she is able to make you feel better, and if not... find someone else

Thanks girls! I did write her back twice already, just waiting for her response.

This just SUX - i was SO confident in her and her work and now Im very nervous!
