***UPDATE**** I called and rescheduled my appt - it was a misunderstanding on their part - lets hope this works out - i mean, accidents happen and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt!
So i had an appt made with my florist to see my sample this week! well i wrote her to reconfirm the appt - she just writes me back saying that NO appt was made and who did i make it with!
UMMM i have old emails from her confirming our appt andddd SHE made the appt with me!
needless to say im really annoyed!

NOPE not yet - she told me to call the store and come in Saturday if I can.... im going to talk to them when they open up!

u're right, sometimes mistakes happens to even the best vendors. But def follow up with them and see what they say, hopefully they're responsible enough to accomodate you and even add something to your order, keep us updated

Nahh she isn't pulling a GINA..... The receptionist screwed up and never saved the appt... Spoke to the manager. Its all good now. Even the best of the best mess up every now and then, so I'm not goin all bridezilla on them yet lolol
