my sinuses are starting to get the ALLERGY ACHE!

omg my allergies were horrible this morning! I couldn't stop sneezing. I took a claratin and I only sneeze once every 2 hours now LOL

I am feeling horrible today. Fh was driving and the window was open. I couldn't stop sneezing and nasal drip is driving me crazy

i get the worst migraines during allergy season!!! usually june is my worst month but this one hanst been soo good either <~ exactly what it feels like sometimes.. it sux!

Those of you who have migraines... do you have alot of artificial sweetner in your food? I cut out Sweet and Low and my migraines, which were happening about three times a week for months, completely stopped!!!!!!!!!

no, i use pure sugar...

its most def seasonal for me... a while back the doc asked about salty foods too... but i rarely put salt on anything and am very sensitive to it

but ive found that excedrine migraine does wonders for me.. when every other perscription drug gave me really bad side effects!
