i didnt go to work today b/c i had really bad cramps this morning now i am feeling like such a bum and guilty for not going in....it's just hard for me to do my job when feeling like that b/c i am on my feet all day having to take care of people. .....i hope tomorrow will be better!

aww don't feel too bad. I'm at work and I feel like a useless bum. I really feel like I haven't accomplished anything! It's a case of the mondays!
