And Im wondering if I should put my married, hyphenated name? I mean, they are probably going to take a couple of months to process and Im getting married in March.

I dont want to sound like a tool and ask my boss though, Im sure I'll sound like a cheesy, starry-eyed bride.

I would. Just think - if you get it with you maiden name - and then you want to change it, it would cost your co. more to change it and discard the ones with your maiden name. that will be a good excuse to tell your boss
