Soo I know a lot of you told me Im going to love registry stalking..which I do! we set it up cause his parents told us that their friends wanted to know what we wanted. Now remember im having a VERY small engagement party, just our two fams and one member of bp (since bp is fam plus two friends)...so i told him no one was going to buy from it! cause his side (that is coming) already bought us gifts..n my fam already knows what they are getting, n we didnt register for those things... BUT i just checked and there are three items that have been fulfilled.
Im shocked..so excited..but i feel like i spied lol and like a little kid who looks in closests trying to find holiday and bday presents lol
please tell me i did nothing wrong!

I don't think you did anything wrong.....but are you supposed to set up a registry for the e-party? I'm also having a small e-party (just family and bridal party)...and i dont feel right settin up a registry. Plus, i think FH and I are just gonna do a honeymoon registry....since we arent moving anytime soon and dont need any more crap from BB&B or Macy's.

haha right or wrong, most all of us do it! Don't feel bad, its not like you ruined someones gift because you have no idea who bought you what!
FH actually noticed the first gift off our registry and wouldn't let me log onto see it, and i didn't. It ended up being this super sweet coffeee maker from my MOH. He didn't want to spoil the surprise, so since then I decided I wouldn't go on unless I was updating things.

Thanks for the encouragement :) Im debating whether I should tell FH. Imthe only one with login stuff cause he said he will only be updating with me around ha.
And far as setting it up for the eparty, i wasnt planning on it i thought it was wrong, until his fam insisted cause their friends were asking, so we set one up at macys and one at bed bath and beyond..its just fun stuff, a few wedding stuff and some house gadgets...we will obv register for more then..but its just a start!

I was the biggest registry stalker before my eparty and told FH every time i was like wooo were getting a food processor wooooo were getting a toaster LOL

I didnt think you were supposed to but FMIL insisted and nagged until we set one up lol

See we didn't even have an E-party... we set one up b/c my moms family was asking about it... FH loved the idea of at least having it there, that way for holidays and birthdays his family could look on there for things to get the both of us. 2012 has a lot of holidays and birthdays in between :)

my fh wanted a deep fryer dont ask lol and i was going to buy it for the holidays as one of his presentnts..he insisted on putting it on list..and apparently someone bought it..ugh lol new gift idea.

Must be a guy thing.. my FH wanted one too... we got it, used it once (I dont eat fried food) it now sits on the counter as a lovely dust collector!

I checked mine multiple times a day before our e-party. Its so fun and addicting!
Then sh!t hit the fan when I discovered how to see who bought what!!! My sister told me not to do it that I should be surprised. She was right but, I was also surprised when I checked online!

it has it on macy's, bloomingdales and crate and barrel. bed bath and beyond doesn't have it - they suck. anyway, there is a 'thank you manager' if you are logged into your registry. it shows names, addresses and what they bought. supposed to be for sending thank you cards
