i feel like im doing everything by my self ...and i am sooo over wedding planning!

does anyone else feel like that? my mom and mother in law did a great job with my shower but when it comes to the wedding ... ITS ALL ON ME! and im about to crack! its just too much! we are trying to change our honeymoon, FedEx lost our groomsmen gifts, my grad classes are KILLING Me, my 9th period WONT SHUT UP! its like never ending! i just feel like crying. Im really trying to hold it together but i dont know if i can! this better be the most stressful time in my life ... bc i dont think i could handle anything more than this!

I feel the same way!!! Im tired of making decisions and getting the annoying things together. I told FH he is going to have to help me b/c I am so overwhelmed... its just too much and Im sooooo OVER IT! I cant wait for the honeymoon to finally relax

i totally understand!!!!! lol ... peter freaked cuz two apt people called him, so I freaked and said he was xed from all the planning! listen we got eachothers backs thats all that matters!!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry you are going through this. I am in the same boat and some days I definetely get a little resentful and stressed. Not to mention I have some health issues but nonetheless nobody has really stepped up. Bless my mom though because at least she gets it is all on me in she just recently offerred to run some errands for me.

We are hosting our wedding. We are older and comfortable and that is fine but a little assitance would be nice. My mom and sis did a great job on my shower and pulled it off solo. My FIL are hosting the rehearsal but I planned it [even visiting 3 places and calling 10 to stick within the budget which is always hard ] and I sent out the invites. Somedays I feel like nobody gets how much work this is - but then again I didn;t know either until now.

Well, it is too late now for me with 2 weeks to go. If I were you i would tell them how you feel.

I know I will be less of a help and less generous to certain other people [not pur parents but certains family/friends] in the future. The wedding thought me that if you go above and beyond when it is your turn it is not returned.

I feel exactly the same way. Everyone is always like let me know what you need help with and then I call them and they either ignore the call, call me back really late, or they say ok then cancel. FH has been sick and working like crazy lately, so he does as much as he can, but he doesnt really like doing this so basically it is ALL me. Very annoying and cant wait for this to be over so I can enjoy my honeymoon and the start of my new life.

Take a few days off from wedding planning and so something nice for yourself...get a massage or mani and pedi.

It's very stressful. . .but I'm sure that if you called somebody who would be willing to help, they would step in with something little!
