If I ever see another spreadsheet again,,I will SCREAM!!!!!!!!
This address spreadsheet that I have to give to my calligrapher is making me crazy. I had to make up 2 spreadsheets...
Spreadsheet 1 for the outer envelope (names and addresses) and spreadsheet 2 for the inner envelope of the first names... EX: Mr and Mrs John Smith (outer) John and Jane (inner)
The anxiety I am having to make sure that nothing is fcked up is killing me. I am petrified that I am going to be off by one person and someone will get an invite addressed to them and then the inner envelope will have someone elses name...
Am I the only one stressing over this????

I stressed over it, too but it all worked out and so will yours! You'll be proud of the end result.

I am all done with it and I keep going over and over it because I have to email it to the calligrapher tomorrow. I feel like once it is sent,,thats it!!

i know----i just went throught the guest list a gazillion times before sending it off to the calligrapher (inkspun). luckily there was a proof before it went to print, b/c i caught one more error.

Have someone else look it over too - because your eyes are probably used to seeing the same stuff over and over!

In Excel you can show row numbers. You can make the two sheets and show the row numbers and make sure each inner envelope row corresponds to the number for the outer envelope.

Thats what I did....but it is still so stressful....

Def have someone else take a look at it. They're more likely to catch a mistake then you will. It's a simple rule of proofreading, you should never be the only one to check your own work!!!

I wouldn't stress to much! I had two errors on the addresses that I missed and although I had to resent two invites, it really ended up ok. Even if you have a mistake, it won't the end of the world.

I stressed over this too. Drove me crazy but you will be relieved once it is over...
