I feel so bad for my brother.

I feel so bad for my brother.

He works so hard at his job for his family.
He had been working long hours and on his only day off,I call him and he tells me he has to clean the kitchen.I don't get it!
His wife stays home all day with their 4 yr old and he has to clean the house.
I feel like she really takes advantage of him and I feel so bad for him.He doesn't see it.
He's so crazy about her.He thinks she needs a break all the time.

I'm sorry your brother is being taken advantage of. But if he doesn't see it there's nothing you can do.

I used to have a friend like that (her husband had two jobs and she was a SAHM and she made him do the laundry) it's annoying and frustrating to see.

(I am not in any way implying that SAHM don't have a lot of work already)

She has one 14 yr old who is very good and just goes out and plays on his skate board and one four year old.Whenever you go to their house she has dishes piled up in the sink even though there is a dishwasher right there. The laundry is piled up so high as if it sits there of weeks. When my brother has one day off,she goes out and he watches the little one.I don't get it.
I thought it was supposed to be teamwork.
Some SAHM's do tons of chores all week long.I don't see her doing much at all.

I dont get it either.

The person I am talking about was the same way. She barely cleaned or cooked, mostly prepared frozen foods on paper plates. Didnt always get to the grocery store. (To the point her daughter asked her father if they were poor and was that why they had no food in the house )

Yes, unfortunately love is blind!

thats really too bad!! I do not understand how things end up like that. If I was a SAHM and my husband worked longs hours so that I can be a SAHM then i would not expect him to do the 'housework'

I wouldn't expect mine to do the housework either.
I don't have any children but I lost my job a month ago and I have made sure that the house is always clean, the laundry's always done and dinner is made every night for my husband when he gets home from work.I won't let him do the dishes because he worked hard all day and I want him to rest. I just don't get how anyone could be so unfair and expect one person to do everything when they are working 6 days a week. When I find another job then we will both help in the chores around the house like we did before. Its supposed to be teamwork.
