i have so many questions today. sorry girls. We are going to meet with the priest at our church for the first time. Im scared to death!! lol.. what is he going to ask us? I have no clue and would like to be a lil informed before we go. Hellppp pleaseeeeee

He just asked us how we met, how long we were together, what we did for a living, where we lived, etc. It was really comfortable... I was nervous also, but there really was no reason to be! After the quetions he just told us what we needed to do before the big day, paper work, pre cana, etc! Good luck... you will be fine!

Really he's just going to ask basic info. Our priest was really cool. Most of the time him and FH were chatting about priests they knew and where they have family back in Ireland. One question I was uncomfortable about was do we live together, we said no even though we do just because we didn't want to get lectured by the priest. LOL. I don't think he would've but it was my automatic guilty response.

He asked basic questions, How long have you been together? Are you living Together?, we don't, but I suggest answering honestly if you do. If you have to do Foccuss it is a section on the 'test'. What do you do (work wise)? Are you planning on having any children? Healthwise, can you have children? (that threw me off) Are you mentally stable? (again, threw me off) How old are you? Were you baptized? Where? Why do you want to be married in THIS church?
That's about it, they DON'T ask questions about sex, drugs, alcohol, etc. like people THINK they do, or at least our priest didn't.
