My FH's uncle is a jewler.. so we went to his house to pic out wedding bands...but since my band is 'different'' he had to take my engagement ring to make sure that I get a wedding band that matches and interlocks with my engagment ring.
He'll have it for TWO WEEKS!!!
I can't believe how naked I feel without it!! I had to put another ring on my finger!!!
I never thought I'd be this way...but Im sooo sad not to have it.....
It's going to be a looooong two weeks!!!!

awww sweetie... i could only imagine how u feel... i feel naked if i take my ring off just for a few seconds to put on cream.... i could only imagine how i would feel if it was two weeks!! Its ok though, look at it this way, when u get it back you will have an amaizing wedding band to go with it!!!!

at first it felt weird to have something on that finger now it feels weird when I take the ring off. I know exactly what you mean! 2 weeks will fly by

I know exactly how you feel ... I have been without mine for 3 weeks now while it's changed from white gold to palladium (kept turning yellow on me). I hope to get it back this week. It's driving me insane! When I put it back on it will feel strange I think!

3 weeks!!! holy cow!!! I can't believe how strange it feels!!!
But I really can't wait to see the wedding band he's having made for me too!! I just hope he surprises me and it's sooner than two weeks.
Also FH and I are having a house warming party this weekend..I HATE not having my ring on for that!!!

I had to do the same thing but had to leave it with the jeweler for 4 weeks! I just got it back this past Saturday and it was so worth it! I hope the time goes by fast for you.
