When has/is everyone picking out their menus? And cake? And linens? A lot of girls say they 'got the call' to come down and take care of it but I'm wondering how soon before the wedding is this usually done? I might be going to a bridal expo at my RH next week so I can ask, but I was just curious!

oh i really am, and I LOVE empanadas...this place by me has the best dominican empanadas YUMMMMM...i think i eat spanish food a couple times a week lol
I'm dominican so trust me I know how addicting those things are...I feel kind of guilty because they are deep fried and you cant have just one bite either.
i knowafter i eat them, im like oh great what did i just do but they're so good. Now im craving them
and i get that with rice and beans and the place by me makes the best salsa verde sauce i guess thats what it is bc its green and when you mix it with the rice and beans its the best thing haha
ooooooooooh thats the sauce I put on the rotisserie chicken...you are soooo evil !!!![]()

IM definitely a foodie and I LOOOVE my spanish food. I have food for the Puerto Ricans and Dominicans that are gonna be there. Tostones and Maduros! Theyre gonna be so happy lol. I was getting so hungry when we were doing this. I even added Paella!

lol...no their more like a salvadorean tortilla...usually filled with cheese, chicken, or beans etc. their ooookay
Check with your RH! Who knows! I remember when we first looked at the JT book they had menus from around the world. The food I listed was on the 'suggested items from Puerto Rico' list.

YUM! FH family doesn't eat the same spanish food Puerto Ricans do! At least FMIL doesn't! I wanted to incorporate this into the CH too!
I would love Paella, Arroz con pollo, platanos maduros, empanadas! Hell after all this dieting I will need someone to cut me out of my dress!

avocado and lettuce salad
ropa vieja
chicken and beef fajitas
christos & moros
tostones
maduros
cuban sandwiches
mojitos
cuban black beans

OMG!! I am STARVING now!! I wouldn't even need an entree, I could fill up on empanadas and arroz con pollo!!
Me and a bunch of my friends were so addicted to empanadas at one point that we found a place that was open 24hrs and would seriously drive there at all hours of the nite to get some..I literally need empanadas NOW!!!
