I finalized my menu at JT today!

Its all done! We even incorporated a lot of spanish food into it. Tostones, empanadas, pernil, arroz con pollo all during the cocktail hour. It was so exciting and made me so happy the wedding is right around the corner. Im not even freaking anymore!

Congrats !!! Im so excited for you !! When I went to book with JT they offered me the same menu (both FH and I are from Puerto Rico)

That's so exciting! My FH is 1/2 Columbian (his mom is from there) and would LOVE if we could incorporate that into our CH... Great idea!!

fh and i LOVE spanish food. omg we didnt know they had any of those things! we might have to get some - our family will be so confused - they'll be like where is all the italian food?

what a great idea- i never thought of incorporating spanish food into it- i wonder if my hall will do that- fh is puerto rican & i'm italian, i would love to do a half spanish/half italian cocktail hour.

That was one of the reasons I booked JT.

You know Dominicans, they're not full unless they have their rice & beans!

i want spanish food too
my wedding will be Dominicans and Italians from my side and all puerto ricans from FH's side, we didnt add in the spanish station to the CH Hour though because it was extra and we just got the regular CH stations because of $$$........My Hispanic family eats anything though, i hope his side will eat the Italian food though

OMG!! I am STARVING now!! I wouldn't even need an entree, I could fill up on empanadas and arroz con pollo!!

Me and a bunch of my friends were so addicted to empanadas at one point that we found a place that was open 24hrs and would seriously drive there at all hours of the nite to get some..I literally need empanadas NOW!!!

made those 4 am runs just for some empanadas lol
